Libby has spent the last 9 years working at Leapfrogg to ensure happiness and motivation across the business by implementing and managing HR strategy, office management and company-wide administration.
She will constantly be questioning current organisational processes and ensuring they are up to date and relevant to the current business objectives. Her enthusiasm for other people and happiness means she is always there to help and get stuck into something new and exciting and be leant on for support.
