This month marks a significant milestone in Leapfrogg’s history – we’re celebrating our 10th birthday.
Leapfrogg was established in 2003 by Rosie Freshwater. Born out of a studio flat, we initially provided SEO services to local businesses across a number of sectors.
Over the years, we’ve evolved into a leading retail specialist, delivering customer experience and digital marketing strategies for some of the UK’s best known premium brands and retailers. We’re proud to have worked with some great brands including Agent Provocateur, Cath Kidston, Lulu Guinness and Heals amongst many others.
2013 has seen us grow revenue by 10%, whilst building a team of 20 highly experienced strategists, digital marketing consultants and creative people, all sharing a passion for the world of retail.
Rosie Freshwater said “10 years have passed so quickly. It’s a great opportunity to look back on the path we have trodden over the years, celebrate the successes (and learn from the odd failure!) and take stock of our achievements, both as a high growth start-up in boom time through to surviving a very tough economic period. We’ve come out the other side as a more mature agency with a great team and a roster of amazing clients. I look forward to the next exciting chapter”.
Ben Potter, our Commercial Director, joined Rosie during the first few weeks of the agency’s inception. He added “we have seen enormous change in digital and retail over the last 10 years – to have been a part of that and involved in an agency that is always looking to do things better, constantly adapting and evolving, has been a challenging but brilliant ride. We have some exciting plans in place for 2014, not least around our customer experience offering. Bring on the next 10 years”.
We’ll be celebrating our 10th anniversary in style with a series of events, starting with a party on Friday 6th December for staff (new and old), friends, partners and all of those who have supported Leapfrogg over the past 10 years. We’re also planning an event for all our clients which will take place in early 2014.
Here’s to the next 10 years!
