@sandiguy began sending the actress messages like:
“@mrskutcher I’m just wondering if anyone cares that I’m gonna kill myself now.”

As messages became more and more anxious: “@mrskutcher getting a knife, a big one that is sharp. Going to cut my arm down the whole arm so it doesn’t waste time”, Demi RTed the frantic message and tried to contact other followers to help.

After the poor lady tweeted the message “Gbye…gonna kill myself now”, the local police department and hospital became involved. Demi reassured followers around four hours later explaining: “It is my understanding that the situation was not a joke and that through the collective efforts here action was taken to provide help!”

Her heartthrob husband, actor Ashton Kutcher, tweets how proud he is of his wife’s efforts, exclaiming: “Wifey is pretty amazing, huh?”
