I guess I am the “old frog” sitting on his lily pad, dispensing advice and cajoling everyone along. Having met Rosie at a networking event a few years ago, I help oversee the company’s books and as Non Executive Director I sit alongside Rosie, Ben, Lucy and Greg advising on finance and strategy.

• The team will tell you that when I am not in the office I can often be found on holiday. My favourite past times are sailing, diving or lying on the beach – especially at either La Maritim, Grande Bay in Mauritius (THE best place for New Year’s eve) or Morgan Hotel’s Shore Club in Miami
