As Social Media and Content Consultant my job is to produce and secure creative editorial content which communicates our clients’ key messages, products and services across applicable blogs, websites and social media. This also involves building a holistic link profile to assist with their natural search objectives.
My previous experience involves in-house PR and e-commerce management for an interiors, home accessories and fashion retailer. Among other things this has given me great insight into the in-house aspects of website management and on and offline retail (and the important relationship between the two).
My favourite premium/luxury brands
- As a big fan of shopping online ASOS is my go-to site for an instant fashion fix. I love being able to browse a range of labels within seconds and make a fuss-free purchase while enjoying a cup of tea
- Zara’s sophisticated high quality high-street design makes it a staple of my wardrobe
- I always have a L’Occitane hand cream in my handbag, and their perfumes are delightful
- Mary Katrantzou – Her incredible printed collections are akin to wearable dreams. If my pockets were lined with gold I would wear a beautiful Mary Katrantzou dress every day
My favourite places in the world
- Etoile St Cerise is a tiny mountain village in the South of France, a truly idyllic place to escape to for some peace and quiet, with wonderful dark night skies – perfect for star gazing by night and hiking by day
- Brighton! I moved here to go to uni and never left! I love the energy of Brighton, the independent retailers, the good food and of course the wonderful friends I have here
My biggest indulgences
- Baking (and eating) cake. I am an enthusiastic amateur baker and try to bake at least once a week, I have a growing collection of pastel coloured baking gadgets taking over my kitchen and a never-ending list of baking projects on the go
- Fashion- clothing and shoes. I love a new pair of shoes and cherish beautiful design, I also love a bargain and a retro Kenzo jacket I picked up in a charity shop is one of my favourites
