I am the HR and Office Manger at Leapfrogg so spend my time making sure all the froggers are happy and getting everything they need to make their time in the office as enjoyable as possible. I have spent the last 10 years working (oh my god 10 years!) as a PA /Office Manager/HR Assistant/Manager of some kind and so know a thing or two about how to get people through their working day!

Things that make me jump for joy

Weekends at home with Oliver and our gorgeous daughter Tilly, nice organized clean things, yummy food, good TV, good company, getting into bed at the end of a long day..

…and make me hopping mad!

Cats that cr*p in my garden, people that stop right in the middle of a pavement when you are walking behind them, when Flo our chicken escapes and digs up my flower beds, spoilt children, cruelty to children, people who take advantage of the less fortunate…oooohhh I could rant for hours!
