How a tadpole became a frog

The Leapfrogg team is a passionate group of committed digital marketing experts who all share one common aspiration; to make the web a better place to do business. With our headquarters in Brighton, renowned Europe-wide as a hub for new media and the creative industries, we have grown rapidly, whilst holding on to the same principles that encouraged Rosie Freshwater, the MD, to start the business back in 2003.

My goodness, how times have changed since then! Search marketing has changed almost beyond recognition and quite naturally we have evolved with it. Growing from the smallest of tadpoles into a healthy and sprightly young frog, we now consider ourselves to be one of the leading digital marketing agencies in the UK. Search remains at the very heart of our approach but we also understand the role social media plays in growing an online business and the need to underpin it all with a robust content strategy.

In June 2010, we freshened up the Leapfrogg brand, a reflection of our increasing focus on working with premium retail brands.

Underlying Principles

Two things really matter to Leapfrogg; the satisfaction of our clients and the happiness of our staff. One cannot exist without the other. Our happy and motivated team delivers work that consistently exceeds expectations leading to successful digital marketing campaigns and therefore satisfied clients. We take great care in providing a fantastic working environment for our army of ‘froggers’, which has resulted in an outstanding staff retention rate, one or two awards along the way and most importantly masses of retained intellectual property and experience.

We also understand that the terminology associated with digital marketing is often confusing and conflicting messages from consultants, agencies and the media doesn’t help. Therefore, clarity and transparency in communicating our ideas and recommendations is central to the Leapfrogg approach.
